The hotel offered free tuktuk shuttle service 24/7, which was really helpful for transportation. the room was clean and comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from. the breakfast selection was generous with a mix of local and western dishes.
The location was a bit far from the main attractions and difficult to access. the pool was small with limited sun lounges.

The spacious rooms, square footage for dollar. Excellent check in, assistance from staff, free add ons like local sim card, bts pass, tuktuk transfer etc etc, fabulous bedroom slippers in various sizes, choices of pillows, choices of toilettries etc
The concierge could be better verse in english and there xould be a little more flexibility in where the tuktuk could drop guests, and the staff could be better with recommendations. But they were so eager to please that one forgives them their shortcomings easier.

Everything!! I will never stay at another hotel in Bangkok. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, the room was huge (bigger than my own apartment!), and nothing was too much trouble. The food is excellent, the minibar has a very good drink selection, and the whole hotel is well designed and stylish. I really appreciated the small touches, like recieving a free Thai SIM card, and a free BTS (Skytrain) ticket on arrival. I only stayed for one night, and due to jetlag I overslept and missed my checkout time by nearly 3 hours. The hotel refused to charge me extra, and this is typical of the friendly attitude shown by everyone in the hotel. I was honestly sorry to leave Tenface, and can't wait to stay there again.

We loved the spacious and clean two-bedroom suites with a living and dining area along with a kitchenette. The design of the room was impressive, and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Although the hotel is located in an alley, it is still close to the BTS station and the active area of the city. We also appreciated the refreshing small lap pool and the complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service.
Couldn't stay longer.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley in the heart of the city. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, especially with the free tuk-tuk service to the nearest train station. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a washing machine. I also enjoyed the dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area, where I could relax and unwind.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Service of front desk staff is good. Decor of the room is trendy and the room is spacious.
The hotel is locted in a very inconvenience place and everytime we go out we need transfer by the tuk tuk service provided by the hotel. As my package does not provide breakfast which is considered a drawback as there are no restaurants nearby and the breakfast price is expensive - more than HK$100 per person.

Quiet peaceful hotel with no children. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Difficult to take the free tuk tuk back to the hotel without a mobile phone to contact them for a pick- up. A little far to walk from the metro station- especially alone at night.

This boutique hotel offers beautiful and clean rooms with cozy decorations and comfortable beds. the breakfast is delicious and they even provide free tuk-tuk shuttle service to the nearby hospital and city center. While hidden away from the highway in a peaceful alley, it remains close to the busy area of the city and is ideal for a tranquil stay. You can also take advantage of the gym and the swimming pool for a relaxing stay.
Although the hotel location may not be easily accessible on foot to some famous attractions, the free shuttle service covers that inconvenience.
